Medications for opioid use disorder during war in Ukraine: Innovations in public and private clinic cooperation

Escalation of war in Ukraine has disrupted care for people with opioid use disorder (OUD). In this article, Ukraine's synergistic response by the public and private sectors is examined and discussed. Scaling up medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) is a high national priority as this can effectively control Ukraine's HIV epidemic.
