A multiphase program for malaria elimination in southern Mozambique (the Magude project): A before-after study

Mozambican Alliance Towards Elimination of Malaria (MALTEM) published the results from the Magude Project. Intenstive implementation of the currently available tools recommend by WHO achieved a major reduction in malaria. While malaria elimination remain a long -term goal for these areas ,the study saw a reduction of 84.7% of malaria prevenlance and 65.6% of incidence. PLOS Medicine
