Urgent health update: rising measles cases in Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan is currently grappling with a significant health crisis, as measles cases have increased fivefold since the summer. According to the CDC, the country ranks third in the world in measles cases, trailing only Yemen and India. This fact is particularly striking given Kazakhstan's relatively low population of 20 million, in sharp contrast to India's 1.4 billion.
