Cholera cases are surging in Yemen, Oxfam warned this week, with 1,336 suspected cases and 11 associated deaths recorded October 2–December 3, raising fears of a return to the epidemic of 2016–2021; the country’s health sector has been ravaged by conflict and disaster, including recent floods that left 15 million+ without access to clean water.
